Did you know that not all dogs can swim? 🐾💦 Whilst most dogs instinctively know they need to get those legs moving, not all are naturally blessed with coordination, skill... or finesse! We're super proud of our High Paw crew and how well their swimming skills are coming along. 💚 A special shout-out to Winnie, our lovely black doodle, who has been working very hard on perfecting her doggy paddle! When she first started, there was a lot of splashing and not much rhythm! With a little help from us and a life jacket, she's come on leaps and bounds and is becoming a much more confident, coordinated little swimmer! Practice makes paw-fect! 🐶🏊

It was so lovely to see Maxy today and how happy and bouncy he was after not being so well. 13 years young!! Look at him go💪🏼bonus points for melting everyone’s heart with his school bag bunny We love it that our golden oldies still visit us💚

They have been designed to provide opportunities for toy play, scentwork, and problem-solving- helping dogs use their noses, minds, and bodies in ways that build confidence and calm. Breed-specific enrichment is so important, and we love finding ways to encourage it here at High Paw HQ🐾 Today we were tapping into the Dachsunds 🌭 (but open to all of course! Spot the spaniels acting as daxies!) These little cuties were originally bred to hunt badgers, following them through underground burrows, which is why they’re built long and low to the ground. Our tunnel activity was the perfect way to tap into those natural instincts, encouraging them to explore enclosed spaces, use their noses, and problem solve, all while building confidence and having fun! 💚
