About us

High Paw is a dog daycare with a difference. Our approach is fully dog-centric, with a strong focus on enrichment, mental stimulation, and play.

Each day is thoughtfully designed to give dogs opportunities to explore, problem-solve, have fun, and relax. From scent work and structured play to bespoke enrichment activities, everything we do is tailored to support confidence, wellbeing, and fulfilment.

At High Paw, we don't just look after dogs- we help them to thrive.

How it all started...

Rebecca and Abi became close friends working at a hydrotherapy centre. Here, they were part of a specialist service, providing 24/7 intensive rehabilitation and round the clock care for inpatients with complex mobility and medical needs. They provided on-land and water based therapy for orthopaedic and post surgical patients and neurological rehabilitation for paralysed patients.

Abi has always been dog obsessed! Her real passion started when she adopted her first dog, Daisy the Staffie from Battersea. Daisy's orthopaedic conditions led Abi into the world of rehabilitation; using these skills when Daisy needed spinal surgery and post operative physiotherapy and hydrotherapy. This lead her to become a qualified hydrotherapist, where she progressed to being a trainer and part of the senior team.

Rebecca shares a similar story, her first dog a Husky called Max needed lifelong rehabilitation, medical, and pain management. This sparked a passion in canine therapies leading to her role as senior hydrotherapist and trainer.  Alongside daycare Rebecca continues to work in hydrotherapy and massage therapy and volunteers for Canine Arthritis Management.

We have over 16 years combined experience in the canine rehabilitation, and dog walking/daycare industry. With a strong knowledge of canine behaviour and up to date canine first aid we truly care about your four legged best friend's health and welfare.
